🌴 Puerto Rico: Paradise Meets Pride 🌈
Get your 🍑 to this Caribbean island—and avoid some others—in 2024.

Coqui Del Mar - San Juan’s Gay Guesthouse
Puerto Rico prides itself on being the LGBTQ+ capital of the Caribbean — and with good reason. Puerto Rico is perhaps the most accepting destination of all the Caribbean islands (dishonorable mention to Jamaica).
Because one wasn’t enough, San Juan has two annual Pride events —one in June, plus a bonus Winter Pride coming up December 12-16. And, as a territory of the United States (thanks to centuries of colonization) — Americans don’t need a passport to get there, so no waiting in line at customs.
The fact that it’s 80 degrees and sunny all year round doesn’t hurt either.
We’ve put together a full PDF guide to the queer scene in Puerto Rico - plus a super convenient Google Maps List of the Top 101 Queer-Friendly spots across the island.
In Our Super Bowl Era ✨🏈

I’m sorry WHAT???
Taylor Swift’s album announcement and subsequent record-breaking Grammy win drowned out some of the insane Taylor Swift Super Bowl hysteria—but we’re still looking forward to the big game, and not just to see Usher in his underwear (OKAY MAYBE JUST TO SEE USHER IN HIS UNDERWEAR).
Of course, Swifties are going all out with their own Taylor-inspired Super Bowl parties. Whether you’re in it for Taylor, Usher, the commercials, or just sweaty guys grabbing each other — finding a safe atmosphere among a sea of straight people becomes a priority.
Here are 5 ideas for throwing your own queer Super Bowl party - or if you’re looking to go out in style, here are some of the best gay sports bars across the country to catch the game this Sunday. Topping the list: Boxers, GYM, and Pitchers.
